Ingredients For full of it omelet

    eggs
  • 1/3 c
    fat-free milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 4 dash
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 lb
    bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1
    4 oz can blck olives, drained
  • 2
    plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green onion
  • 1/3 c
    sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 3/4 c
    reduced-fat, shredded colby jack cheese.

How To Make full of it omelet

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 8" baking pan w/ cooking spray.

    In lg bowl, combine eggs and milk w/ mixer. Beat until frothy.

    Beat in salt and hot pepper sauce. Stir in bacon, olives, tomatoes, green onions, mushrooms and cheese. Pour into pan. Bake 40-50 min, or until eggs are set in center.
