This recipe was given to me over 20 years ago. It is a very rich breakfast bundt "cake". This one is great for Christmas morning.

How To Make ferrari's breakfast cake

Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into an Angel food or Bundt pan.

Bake @ 325 degrees for 2 hours. Cool slightly and slice.
