Put bread on cutting board and place an empty glass upside down on top of it
With a slow circular movement, press glass down until it cuts through the slice.
Melt Butter and then place the bread in pan with centre ring on the side until both are golden brown
Put a tiny bit more Butter in hole and pour an Egg in the centre
Cover pan for about another minute until white of egg has hardened enough.
