Egg Bake Your Way

So my husband and I are up way too early for work Monday thru Friday (4am), so i had to find a breakfast that was easy and ready to go. I found this recipe and it was a HIT!!! My husband loves these and so do I!!! The best thing is there is such little carbs in this breakfast which is great for both of us. I also only have to make it once a week and we both have breakfast for the whole week we work. It is also a money saver when you are not having to order all the time.

1/2 c
any shreeded cheese you like
turkey sausage patties (or links , or bacon)
1 can(s)
pam spray
1 c
diced, tomatos, peppers, and onions (all or some)
5 oz
spinach, frozen (defrosted and drained of water)

Directions Step-By-Step

In a medium mixing bowel combine all the eggs, the diced tomatos, peppers, onion, cheese, and spinach. Mix with a fork till all ingredients are well mixed up with the eggs. Take a muffin pan and spray with pam so the eggs do not stick. Scoop about 1/2 cup into each muffin slot till all the mixture is gone. Then take your chopped sausage or bacon and start putting into the the egg mixtures. Pop into the oven at 350 and bake for 20-25 minutes.
