In bowl beat eggs. Pour into quart zip lock bag. Add other ingredients you want in your omelet. Push air out of bag and zip. Bring water to boil(size pot depends on how many zip locks you will have in there at one time. I use a 2 quart for 1 bag a little over half full of water) Drop zip lock into boiling water and boil for exactly 13 minutes. Remove from water, dry bag before removing egg.
