Ingredients For diane's breakfast treat

    whole wheat english muffin per person
  • 1 lg
    tomato,sliced thick
  • 1 slice
    sharp cheese
  • 1 slice
    canadian bacon
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1
    green onion,chopped
  • 3 lg
    button mushroom,sliced
  • 1/4 c
    chopped mixed green and red bell peppers
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    light sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    heavy cream
  • dash
    chives, dried
  • garnish of fruit salad

How To Make diane's breakfast treat

    toast english muffin set aside fry canadian bacon jus til it hot,place tomato slice on top then add cheese slice.turn pan to low leave there til cheese melts.then put on english muffin.

    in same pan add butter once melted add green onions,peppers and sliced mushrooms...cook and stir several min til onion limp... in small bowl mix eggs[add salt and pepper if u want to] add to veggies and slowly scrambled the eggs...put this on top of english muffin

    in same pan make sauce..add sour cream and heavy cream...heat til hot top english muffin with this then sprinkle chives on top

    garnish this with a simple fruit salad[i use strawberries,peaches,blueberries,green grapes,and banana]
