Ingredients

1 lb
bacon
12
eggs
1 tsp
salt and pepper
1 1/2 tsp
hot sauce
8oz
mushroom pieces
1 can(s)
cream corn
1 tsp
parsley,dried.
1 medium
onion,chopped

Step-By-Step

1In a large cast iron skillet. Fry bacon till chrisp. Remove from skillet pat dry then crumble.

In a large mixing bowl beat eggs,parsely,salt n pepper,and hot sauce. Now add corn and onion and mushrooms,mix well.
2Pour out 1/2 of the drippings. In remaining drippings pour in egg mixture,cover and cook on med-high heat,Untill eggs are set.

Befor serving sprinkle bacon,and i use a little cheese on top...Great eating.
