  • 1/4 c
    cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 dash
    white pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter

How To Make cottage cheese scrambled eggs

    Beat eggs in medium size mixing bowl. Add cottage cheese, milk, chives, salt and pepper; beat until blended

    Melt butter in skillet over low heat. Add egg mixture to butter; cook slowly, turning portions of cooked eggs with a spatula as they begin to thicken.

    Do not stir; do not overcook. Remove from heat when done; serve immediately
