Mix all ingredients together except tortillas. Dip each tortilla in egg mixture and place in a frying pan with a little butter over medium heat. Cook about 30 seconds and turn over. Spread 2 tbsp's egg mixture on tortillas. Turn over again. Keep repeating this process until a layer of egg mixture coats each side of tortilla thoroughly and is golden brown and crispy. Serve as you would traditional French toast. Makes 3-4 servings.
