Of course, you can add any kind of cheese you like, as well as any cooked breakfast meats or cooked vegetables. I personally like to add some bacon bits and a few canned (and drained) mushrooms to my frittata. =^..^=

Ingredients

large eggs
1 c
milk
1 Tbsp
melted butter or margarine
1/4 tsp
salt, or to taste
1/8 tsp
pepper, or to taste
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a deep-dish 10" pie dish with cooking spray.

2Beat the eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper together with a wire whisk.

3Pour into the prepared pie dish. Sprinkle cheese over the top.

4Bake at 400 degrees F. for about 20 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the dish is cooked through. Serve hot.
