- 1 dozen eggs
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, fat-free
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper

Step 2Cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Drain. Crumble into tiny pieces.

Step 3Carefully take yolks out of whites & place into a medium bowl. Add mayo, mustard, scallions, salt & pepper; mash & mix together. Add bacon pieces & mix to combine.

Step 4Fill a pastry bag fitted with large star tip, or 2 spoons, pipe or spoon filling into egg whites. Sprinkle each with paprika. Chill at least 2 hours or until set & ready to serve.
