Ingredients

hard boiled eggs
1/2
avocado
1/2 Tbsp
yellow mustard
1/2 Tbsp
lemon juice

Directions Step-By-Step

Mash with fork the hard boiled eggs. Mash in the 1/2 avocado with the eggs. (You can also use one Wholly Guacamole or Wholly Avocado mini)

Add the mustard and lemon juice and mix well.

Works great on pitas, flat bread, bread, bagels.
