Ingredients

hard boiled eggs
1/2
avocado
1/2 Tbsp
yellow mustard
1/2 Tbsp
lemon juice

Step-By-Step

1Mash with fork the hard boiled eggs. Mash in the 1/2 avocado with the eggs. (You can also use one Wholly Guacamole or Wholly Avocado mini)

2Add the mustard and lemon juice and mix well.

3Works great on pitas, flat bread, bread, bagels.
