Ingredients

4
fresh asparagus spears cut into 3/4 inch pieces
2
eggs
1/8 c
milk
salt and pepper to taste
cooking spray
grated cheese for garnish

Step-By-Step

1Spray pan with cooking spray. Over medium/high heat cook the asparagus for about two minutes until just starting to soften.
2Beat together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and add to the pan with the asparagus.
3Cook, stirring constantly, until eggs are set.
4Add cheese and serve.
