A Different Egg Breakfast

I had never had eggs this way before my wife introduced it to me. She said her grendmother made this for her as a child. I love it and am sure you will too.

Ingredients

1/3-1/2 c
oyster crackers per cup
1
egg per cup(soft boiled)

Directions Step-By-Step

Start by boiling enough water for however many eggs you want to fix. Once the water comes to a rolling boil insert the eggs. Boil the eggs for only 41/2 minutes(soft boil).

While the eggs are boiling place 1/3 to 1/2 cup of oyster crackers(you can also use saltine crackers but I like the oyster crackers best)in the bottom of each cup.

When the eggs have boiled for 41/2 minutes remove the pan from the heat and immediately run cold water into the pan and place a hand full of ice in with the eggs. Once the eggs are to room temperature, remove and peel each one. Then place one in each cup on top of the crackers and serve.
