Another great recipe from my grandparents. Making these really brings back memories and I hope other family's will love them as well!

Ingredients

2 c
old fashioned rolled oats
1 c
water
1 c
skim milk
2 Tbsp
evaporated skim milk
1 Tbsp
nonfat dry milk
1/4 tsp
baking powder
2
egg whites

Step-By-Step

1Stir together oats, water, milks and baking powder, mix well.
2Beat egg whites until they are frothy and add to mixture.
3Drop batter by spoonfuls onto nonstick skillet (even better on a griddle) and fry. When browned on one side, turn and brown on other side.
