1Mix ingredients with a hand whisk or hand mixer on low
2Set your stove or electric griddle on medium heat and lightly butter or spray with non stick cooking spray. I use a canola spray from Dollar General that only costs $1
3Use roughly 1/3 cup of batter per crepe. Check the underside by lifting the edge with a thin spatula. When it's browned and slightly crisped its ready to flip and finish to the same brown and crispness.
