Ingredients

8 eggs
1/2 c. half and half cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. cooked ham, finely chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped

Step-By-Step

1In a bowl, beat eggs and cream until light and fluffy.
2Stir in chesse, ham, green pepper and onion.
3Pour into a greased 9-inch square baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees.
