Ingredients

8 slice
thick sliced day old bread
2/3 c
milk
1/3 c
heavy cream
4 large
eggs
2 tsp
cinnamon
2 Tbsp
at brown sugar
2 Tbsp
molasses
1/4 tsp
nutmeg
1/4 tsp
clove
1/2 tsp
ginger
1/2 c
pecans
4 Tbsp
butter
1/2 c
maple syrup

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients from -milk to ginger

Dip bread 2 slices at a time into mixture

Use 2 T butter on skillet for every 2 slices of bread being cooked..when skillet it hot and butter melted put dipped bread on skillet and cook each side till golden brown

Sprinkle with pecans and a pour of maple syrup. ENJOY
