2 slice
reduced calorie whole wheat bread, toasted
1/2 c
fat free ricotta cheese
1/2 c
fresh blueberries
1/2 tsp
sugar substitute or to taste
1/4 tsp
ground cinnamon or to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Spread each slice of toast with 1/4 cup ricotta, top each with 1/4 cup blueberries. Combine sugar substitute with cinnamon; sprinkle over top. Broil until berries just start to burst.
