    water or milk
  • 3/4 c
    whole grain old fashioned oatmeal
  • dash
    salt
  • 1-1 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar, heaping
  • 1/2
    apple, diced

How To Make cinnamon apple oatmeal

    Add water and salt to pot, bring to boil.

    Add oatmeal, apples, and cinnamon. Continue cooking over medium heat approximately 5 minutes (until oatmeal is cooked), stir occasionally.
  • Warm cinnamon apple oatmeal ready to eat!

    Remove from heat. Add brown sugar, stir to incorporate throughout. Enjoy!
