~ My Oh So Tasty Grapefruit ~
I use light butter and Splenda brown sugar to cut down on fat and calories. Just as good!
I don't just make these for breakfast. I make them anytime I'm craving grapefruit.
- pink grapefruit - halved and sectioned
- 2 Tbsp
- splenda brown sugar or regular brown sugar...more to taste
- 1 Tbsp
- light butter
- sprinkles cinnamon
- for garnish, optional
Split the butter between the 2 grapefruit halves.Spread as evenly as can.
Broil for 8 - 10 minutes or until caramelizing and bubbly.
