- brown rice
- 3 c
- 4 Tbsp
- brown sugar
- 4 c
- almond soy milk

- liberal amt of cinnamon. which speeds metabolism
1heat to boiling 3 c. Water in med. pot. then add whole grain brown rice. Turn heat off not lifting lid at all during the steaming fluffing process of the rice.
2After at least an hr. Or so lift lid and fluff with fork.
3While your rice is fluffing peel and cut your fruit, and chop nuts.
4After rice is fluffy add sugar, and milk. While stirring add fruit, raisins and nuts.
5sprinkle liberally with cinnamon. Carefully use only a dash of nutmeg. (Optional) I add it for extra flavor and for it's nutritional value. But Not Much!
