- 2 8-ounce pkg
- low-fat blueberry yogurt or low-fat strawberry yogurt
- 1 1/4 c
- skim milk
- 3/4 c
- strawberries or blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3 Tbsp
- nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 tsp
1In blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
Store in single serving containers in freezer. I like Tupperware tumblers with lids because they are airtight and water tight.
Thaw in fridge overnight. Or just pop in microwave for 35 seconds at a time stirring after each time.
