heat a fry pan on medium low. Add butter. When melted add the cream.
slip in the eggs one at a time. sprinkle with salt, pepper and cayenne.
When the whites are almost firm, sprinkle with cheese and finish cooking.
place egg on buttered toast and top with some of the cream sauce on each.
