- heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp
- 4 Tbsp
- shredded swiss cheese
- cayenne pepper
1heat a fry pan on medium low. Add butter. When melted add the cream.
2slip in the eggs one at a time. sprinkle with salt, pepper and cayenne.
3When the whites are almost firm, sprinkle with cheese and finish cooking.
4place egg on buttered toast and top with some of the cream sauce on each.
