Wanted a different breakfast sandwich. I used chicken instead of sausage or bacon. Added a bit of sweet. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2
hawaiian rolls toasted
1 medium
chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless butterflied or pounded out
2
eggs
2 slice
cheddar cheese (optional)
2 tsp
cinnamon butter

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1Seasoned with s&p, and pan fry chicken till cooked through. set aside.

Place rolls open in toaster oven and toast slightly. Spread cinnamon butter on both sides.

2Next fry your eggs to Your liking. I keep my yolk slightly runny.

Time to put together.
On bottom of buttered roll place cooked chicken, then slice of cheese, top with warm egg and top of bun.

3CINNAMON BUTTER
1 stick unsalted room temp butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar.
Whip together with small processor.
