cremini mushroom, sliced
havarti cheese, diced small
In small nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add sliced mushroom; saute 4-5 minutes.
Add salt to beaten egg, whisk with fork.
Pour egg over mushrooms in skillet and cook over medium heat, swirling gently, until almost set.
Sprinkle diced havarti over top; fold in half or thirds.
Remove from heat and allow to remain in skillet for another 30 seconds.
