Ingredients

low calorie bread slices( i use sara lee 35 calorie bread slices)

Step-By-Step

1spray your nonstick pan and have the pan on medium heat
2cut a circle in the middle of the bread slice.
3Set slice of bread in pan and crack egg inside the hole.
4let cook for 2 minutes and flip over the other side/BE careful you don't break yolk. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5Take out of pan and repeat with the other slice of bread and egg.
6*you could add veggies or spices into the egg and let it cook but I like mine plain and simple.
