Dilly Scrambled Eggs
Most of us know how to make good scrambled eggs. This is a delicious change from the norm. Great for brunch or dinner.

- 2 tsp
- fresh dill, minced (or in a pinch, use 1 tsp dry)
- green onion, chopped (more or less to your taste. onion can over power a dish, so go easy)
- salt and pepper to taste
1Heat butter and/or oil in a medium skillet over medium low heat.
2Whisk together eggs, dill and onion until well blended and frothy. (Don't do this too early)
3Pour into skillet and stir gently until set, a little moist, but not runny.(They will continue to cook a bit after you take them off of the heat) Season with salt and pepper and serve.
