- eggs ( or more 1 egg per person)
- salt and pepper
- 1 c
- 1-2 Tbsp
- 1/2 c
- cheddar cheese, shredded (or your favorite)
1Butter a shallow 9 inch baking dish and break into it the number of eggs needed to serve the eaters. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the eggs and put milk around them until half of the yolks are covered.
2Dot with dabs of butter.Sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake in 375 F preheated oven until cheese is bubbly and eggs are of desired doneness (20-30 minutes).Can be served on top of toast.
