Ingredients

1 large
egg
1/4 c
mexican blend shredded cheese
1 sprig(s)
chives, dried or fresh
1 tsp
carey's salsa chipotle sauce
1
flour tortilla
1 Tbsp
canola oil
4
hillshire mini cheese sausage links
1 Tbsp
mayonnaise

Step-By-Step

1Coat small single server cast iron skillet with oil cook Hillshire mini cheese filled sausages until browned

2Whip mayonnaise & egg mixture with fork or whisker

3Remove sausages from pan

4Scramble eggs and top with cheese & chives (sliced top of scallions)

5Heat on medium heat-tortilla for use of a crisp (not soft) plate in skillet until browned on one side- then heat opposite side on lower heat for a second Flip again returning the browned side for outer bottom

6Place Chipotle sauce in center face of tortilla then -Fill with cheesy topped eggs

7Top with chives & cheese then season with paprika and cayenne place mini sausages along sides

8Turn heat off and mold sides with fingers in shape of bowl while cooling making sure and leaving bottom flat

9Cool to touch then Carry Out for a quik take along breakfast
