Breakfast Pancake and Egg Sandwich

This is a fun brunch sandwich I created with pancakes and fried eggs. You'll be tempted to pick it up, but use a knife and fork - it's a lot less messy. Serve along with a side of hash browns or home fries for a hearty meal.
You can also substitute scrambled eggs or an omelet (just don't fold the omelet) in place if the fried eggs.
You can also add mayo, hot sauce, mustard to your sandwich.
