pinch tips: How to Cook Scrambled Eggs



26 quiches


1 pkg
wonton wrappers
6 oz
any kind of cheese, shredded
eggs, beatened
1 1/2 pt
(3 cups) half and half
1 tsp
salt,( omit if using salty meat)
1/8 tsp
ground white pepper
1/8 tsp
ground nutmeg
8 oz
precooked,smoked ham, chunked or bacon,crumbled (or omit meat and use fresh frozen spinach, that has been thawed and all the liquid squeesed out)

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. GREASE MUFFIN PANS(CUPS). Take 2 wonton wraps and crisscross them into each cup, to form 8 points.Take a pinch of the cheese and a pinch of the meat or if useing spinach, and put in cups. Beat together eggs, half and half, and seasonings and pour over the meat and cheese in the cups, filling about 1/2 full.
Place into preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the egg is cooked. Serve hot or cold.
TIP: Make sure you spray the muffin cups with oil before you put the wonton wraps in, because they stick to bottom of muffin cups, and will ruin the whole thing.
