I don't use recipes, I just cook what sounds good & this worked well. Adjust according to your tastes & you will love it! I make it in my "ready, set, go" cooker for individual servings for work. :)

Ingredients For upside down quiche

1/2 cmilk

3eggs
-
1 tspgarlic powder

1/2 canspinach
-
1/2 canmushroom pieces

1/2 canblack olives (slices or chopped)

1/8 cchoice of cheese

3 slicebacon bits
-
1/8 canything else you might like
-
1 canrefrigerated crescent rolls
How To Make upside down quiche

1Mix eggs, milk, garlic powder. Add spinach, mushroom, black olives, & bacon & blend thoroughly. Add remaining and additional items. Spray baking dish with Pam & pour mixture into dish. Lay 1 layer of crescent roll dough on top & bake. You can sprinkle shredded cheese on top before/after baking.

2If cooking in traditional oven, allow at least 25 minutes for cooking (make sure eggs are done). If using "ready, set, go" takes about 15 min if using full area.

3Can pre-prepare basic & add items according to individual tastes in a large family or party situation.
