Another Pampered Chef recipe I used when I did breakfast themed parties. I would go over the night before and help my hostess make it, then return in the morning and bake it for her guests. The parties of course were in November so her guests could buy gift for friends and family.
Place eggs and milk in a 2-qt Pampered chef measuring bowl or a regular bowl. Add ham or if using other meat cook and drain, removing all grease drippings. Dice the bread wife knife and add to mixture. Add all veggies an combine well. Refrigerate over night. Add dill seasoning if desired. Pour into 9x9 deep dish baker. Bake at 350F for 50 min or until formed.
