Bobbi's Notes:
This is really good for either supper or for breakfast. This is what I call a trainwreck recipe. I needed something quick for supper one night and these were the ingredients I had handy. My husband LOVED it. It's really easy to make and is very filling. My husband even makes it sometimes, it's that easy.
