Sausage Egg & Cheese Caserole

We also call it a crustless quiche, but since my husband "doesn't eat quiche" I changed the name and he loves it....lol

9 small servings but if you have hungry guys like I do it is more like 5 or 6

Ingredients

1 lb
breakfast sausage, browned and drained
3
eggs
1/8 tsp
salt (optional)
2 1/2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c
bisquick
1/3 c
butter, melted
1 1/2 c
milk (i use skim but i don't think it matters)

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients together, except hold back 1/2 cup cheese.

Pour into greased 8 x 8 baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or until edges start to brown and middle is not runny.

Sprinklle remaining cheese on top and put back in oven until cheese melts.

Remove from oven and allow to sit for about 5 minutes so it can set. Cut and serve.
