Sausage Egg Biscuit Casserole

I found this recipe posted on Facebook and change a bit to accommodate for a large crowd. There is many ways to make this a "quick dish" by using egg beaters and already cook sausage. Plus you could change the ingredients to make it less fat and healthier option.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
buttermilk grand biscuits
1 lb
pork sausage ground
8
eggs
3/4 c
milk
1 c
shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c
shredded cheddar chesse
salt & pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan and set to the side.
2Brown pork sausage and drain. While browning sausage, open biscuit can and place in baking dish. Mix together eggs and milk. Add Salt & Black pepper to taste to the egg mix.
3Put sausage over biscuits. Then pour egg mix over biscuits. Spread cheese over top evenly.
4Bake in Oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Let dish sit for 5 minutes before enjoying.
