Ingredients

2 eggs
3 Tbsp milk
1 16 oz can pillsbury grands original biscuits
3/4 pkg jimmy dean sausage cooked
1/4 c finely chopped onion
3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese

Lonna's Notes:

So easy and so yummy! You can use bacon as well or both.

 

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Spray 11x7 or any glass baking dish larger than 9x9. Spray dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, beat egg and milk with wire wish until smooth. Cut biscuits into quarters gently stir into egg mixture to coat.

Fold in sausage, cheese and onion. Spoon mixture into pan arranging in single layer, and biscuits touching.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares.

thank you for posting this recipe.Its sounds easy and good.I think I will try this and make gravy to serve it with.

These are also outstanding cold! Ate the leftovers the next day, froze a few pieces and they heated up excellent on 20 seconds in the micro! Great kid breakfast.
