Somebody wrote a book once and the title was "Real Men Don't Eat Quiche."It stuck with me for many years but I never gave it another thought as I used the phrase. The truth however is that quiche can be delicate or hearty, depending on the ingredients. This recipe would be a hearty breakfast (or lunch with a salad) for anyone and a great dish to bring to a friend!Note :You can also make a healthier version without losing flavor by using low fat ingredients such as lowfat milk and egg beaters, reduced fat cheese and lean turkey bacon.
