Ingredients

5 lb
pork butt, trimmed
5 tsp
dried marjoram
4 tsp
salt
1 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
pepper
2 c
water

Step-By-Step

1In a food processor process pork intil coarsely ground. Place in a large bowl, add marjoram, salt, garlic powder and pepper; mix well. Add water and mix well. Shapr into 20 patties. Fry in a skillet over medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Makes 20 servings.
