One Skillet Breakfast

- southern style hashbrowns ..freezer section
- 1 can(s)
- rotel drained
- salt and pepper
- oil or butter
1Crumble sausage in a large skillet. After it cooks for a few minutes add hashbrowns.Let cook for around 5 to 10 minutes.
2While that is cooking scramble the eggs in a bowl . Drain rotel. Add both to the meat/potatoe mixture when it has about 5 minutes left to cook. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a little oil or butter before you put the eggs in if needed.
3Top with cheese of your choice.
