- sausage, bacon or ham, cut into chunks
- 2 1/2 c
- 6 medium
- 6 slice
- bread, cubed (cut crusts off)
- 1 c
- cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp
- 1 Tbsp
- dry mustard
1brown sausage, drain, and set aside.
2whip eggs with milk and add bread, cheese, salt and dry mustard.
3butter large pan, pour in egg mixture, sprinkle top with sausage and cover for several hours in refrigerator. for best results, leave covered overnight.
4preheat oven to 325.
5bake for 45 minutes, or until slightly browned. do not over bake.
