shredded cheddar cheese
1 can(s)
cream of chicken and broccoli soup
1 c
sour cream
1/2 c
onion, finely chopped
1/2 c
green onion, finely chopped
1/2 c
red pepper, finely chopped
1/4 c
butter, melted
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
32 oz
frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can(s)
corn flakes, crushed
1 Tbsp
butter, melted

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 baking dish.
In a large bowl combine the cheese, soup, sour cream, onion, green and red pepper, 1/4 cup of butter, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Fold in the hash browns. Turn the mixture into the dish. Toss together the corn flakes and 1 TBS of melted butter. Sprinkle on top.
Bake for 1 hour, until the casserole is golden brown and potatoes are tender.
