Ingredients

1 lb
sliced bacon, diced
2 c
cooked ham, diced
1 small
onion, peeled and chopped
1 c
diced fresh cremini mushrooms
10 slice
white bread, cubed
1 c
cooked potato, cubed
3 c
shredded cheddar cheese
8
eggs
3 c
milk
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
dry mustard
salt and pepper, to taste

Step-By-Step

1In a skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp; add ham, onion and mushrooms. Cook and stir until onion is tender; drain.

2Coat a 13x9x2-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer half the bread cubes, potatoes and cheese. Top with all of the bacon mixture. Repeat layers of
bread, potatoes and cheese.

3In a bowl, beat the eggs; add milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over all. Cover and chill overnight. Remove from refrigerate 30 minutes before baking.

4Preheat oven to 325F.

5Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 65-70 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes and cut into 12-16 squares to serve.
