Egg & Sausage Casserole

- 1 lb
- (8oz) tube, cresent rolls
- 2 c
- mozzeralla cheese
- 2 c
- sharp cheddar cheese
1Cook sausage over medium-high heat until evenly browned, drain, crumble and set aside.
2Preheat oven to 325*.
3Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. Line the bottom with cresent roll...unroll and spread out to fit pan with fingers.
4Sprinkle crumbled sausage evenly over top.
5In a large bowl mix beaten eggs, shredded cheeses and pour over the sausage and cresent roll.
Mixture will be thick.
6Bake 25-35 minutes in pre-heated oven.
