EASY PEZY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Ingredients

4 slice
bread
1 lb
bulk pork sausage or bacon (cut in to 1 inch peices)
1 c
sharp mottzarella cheese
6
eggs
1 tsp
mustard
2 c
milk
salt and pepper, to taste

Step-By-Step

1Tear up the slices of bread and place in a greased baking dish.

Brown and drain the sausage or bacon (your choice of meat) and spoon over the bread. Then Sprinkle with the cheese.
2Beat together eggs, milk, and mustard and pour over the bread and cheese.

Sprinkle with the salt and pepper to taste.
3Pre-heat oven to 350.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
