Ingredients

2 lb
bag frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded
1 stick
(1/2 cup) real butter (not margarine)
1 can(s)
(10.5 oz.) campbell's cream of chicken soup
1/4 c
chopped onion
2 c
shredded cheddar cheese, separated
16 oz
sour cream
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese.

2Place mixture in a greased 9x13" baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

3Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
