Great recipe for any small amount of left overs that you don't want to waste.

Ingredients

3/4 c
grated cheese, cooked veggies, cooked ham, beef, chicken and seafood, minced (can use left overs to make this dish)
1 can(s)
condensed cream soup, chicken or mushroom
5
egg yolks
5
egg whites, beaten stiffly

Step-By-Step

1Heat solids and soup together. Whisk eggs in quickly one at a time into soup mixture. COOL. STIFFLY beat egg whites and gently fold into soup mixture. Pour into a buttered souffle' dish. Bake about 40 minutes at 325 - 350 degrees. Remember oven temps vary.
