1Combine potatoes,, onion and ham in a lightly greased slow cooker. Combine gravy, mushroom and water: whisk welled mixed.Pour gravy over potatoes. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or (low 7-9 hours) Top with cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
2Note: to prevent darkening, Tossed sliced, uncooked potatoes in a mixture of 1cup of water and 1/2 tea of tartar: drain and proceed with recipes.
