Had this tasty casserole at a recent get together and wanted to share the recipe.

Ingredients

10 slice
cubed bread
4 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
2 lb
sausage, browned
6
eggs
3 c
milk
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
3/4 tsp
dry mustard

Directions Step-By-Step

Grease bottom of 9 x 13" glass baking dish. Line bottom of dish with bread cubes and smash down. Layer sausage and cheese; about twice.

Mix eggs with two cups of milk. Pour mixture over layers. Cover and let sit over night. Mix soup with one cup of milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour (covered). 300 degrees for one hour (uncovered). 15 minutes before done, pour the soup mixture over top and sprinkle with more shredded cheese.
